These are some questions that come up often. 

Booking

How do I make an online booking?

Select the machine that you would like to order, add to your cart and then checkout. During the checkout process your address and contact details are entered. Once booked , you will receive a confirmation email. Before the machine is delivered to you, our driver will give a call to confirm the directions or any special notes on your delivery .

Can I place my order over the phone?

Definitely, you can give us a call on 1-868-375-4628 to make your booking or to have any questions answered.

How do I select the machines?

By Category: All products we stock are grouped into categories. If you choose ‘Shop’ at the top of the page several new tabs will appear on the left hand side of the page, each one representing a different group of products. If you select each tab you will see all the products grouped in that category.

How long can I rent the machine for?

Our Standard rental period is for 24 Hours. However, on some machines we have special discounted rates on full weekend packages where the cleaning chemicals are provided free of charge. This package is called the” Weekend Warrior”

When does the rental period begin?

The rental period begins and runs for 24 Hours when the machine is delivered to you. So for example if we deliver a machine to you on Tuesday morning at 9am, we will return on Wednesday Morning at 9am to collect.

Will you show me how to use the machine?

Yes, when the machine is delivered to you we will give you a brief demo and tips on how to use the machine and to get the best results in your application. Our machines are really easy to use and videos can be found on Youtube also showing how to use in the even that you forget our directions. You can also always give us a call if you need assistance. 

What happens if something goes wrong with the machine?

These are professional grade machines that are built for heavy duty use, however, if you encounter any issues during use of the machine please give us a call immediately so we can either walk you through how to resolve the issue or make arrangements to exchange the machine.

Delivery

Explain to me Free Delivery and Collection?

Sure, we offer Free Delivery and Collection to most places in Trinidad. Currently we do not deliver beyond Valencia or  San Fernando. If you are outside of our delivery zone we can meet you along the way no problem 🙂

Can I collect the machine?

Of course. Our office is currently located on the Eastern Main Road, St. Joseph. We are often out of office doing deliveries but if you would like to collect a machine just let us know in advance and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to ensure that someone is there to receive you

What if I live beyond the delivery boundary but I would like to order?

Special drop off arrangements can be made if you live beyond our delivery boundary. We can meet you halfway or at a designated point. For ex. Clients from deep south , they would usually meet us by C3 or Southpark.

Is your service available in Tobago?

Currently the service is not available in Tobago. However, we are working on expanding our operations.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash is the preferred form of payment. In some cases, a cheque can also be accepted. 

When is payment made?

Payment is made when the machine is delivered to you and the rental agreement is signed.
